Chapter 1 contains a propaedeutic course and диететика; in the second — ideas of the constitution, reactivity and diathesis are briefly stated; in the third — the modern information on the most widespread diseases at children in traditional sequence is supplied: disease definition, its prevalence and etiology, патогенез, a clinical picture, the diagnosis, the differential diagnosis, treatment, the forecast and dispensary supervision after an extract from a hospital; in the fourth — features of rendering the out-patient and polyclinic pediatric help in Russia are generalized, and in a chapter 5 the originality of clinical pharmacology in pediatrics is presented.
